This is a lookout post for the Fighting Phils and occasional crash pad of Eugene Gumble. The 8-foot tall fence, which surrounds the back yard is made of wood, but reinforced with steel and debris. The house is brick, and blends in to the rest of the mostly abandoned neighborhood, however the damage is mostly cosmetic.
If entered (the locks are considerable and there are a few traps), the interior is cozy, comfortable and kept up. The lower floor is used as a strategic planning station for Phils - a location close to the Waltzer's base at Fort Mitchell, where they can have tabs kept on them.
